To apply for a place on the next training course, you'll need to provide some details and your payment to secure your place.

There are two ways to do this:

1. Print off the PDF application form (click here), and then return to me with your cheque. Please make your cheque payable to K Fisher, and post to:

2. Complete the electronic application form (below), and then either send a cheque with your name written on the reverse, or pay using Paypal just underneath the form.
